Cupertino Falls to Palo Alto in Eight

Trailing since the first, Cupertino tied the game at 7 apiece in the seventh, but after holding Palo Alto in the bottom of inning, was unable to score in the top of the eighth, and unable to prevent the Vikings from scoring in the bottom of the inning. Final score Palo Alto 8 Cupertino 7. Palo Altos sweeps the two game series.

Josh Longabaugh had a four hit game with a triple, double and two singles. Connor Shiomoto and George Ellegood each had a pair of singles.

With the loss, Cupertino’s record is now 0-2, 2-4.
