Cupertino defeated Santa Clara 8-2 in an El Camino Division game Thursday afternoon at Cupertino. Ben Champion picked up the win.

Morgan Saenz led the offense with a single and a home run, his first of the year.

With the win Cupertino improved to 10-5, 5-2
