Cupertino High School defeated The Harker School 3-1 on Saturday afternoon at Cupertino. Junior Jacob Alexander went 3 for 3 and drove in Cupertino's first run of the day. Sophomore Morgan Saenz tripled and singled and drove in the go ahead runs. Senior Stan Sumibcay doubled. Freshman Josh Longabaugh picked up his first varsity win, tossing three shutout innings in relief. Sophomore Kyle Avvakumovits got the save. This was the final Saturday game of the 2013 season, as well as the final non-league game. Four games remain for the the Varsity.
